Gardenflare fire pipes are decorative fire columns designed for use in gardens and on terraces. They are made from high-quality materials such as stainless steel or powder-coated stainless steel and produce an impressive flame up to 1.5 meters high, depending on the model. The fire pipes are easy to assemble and are operated with commercially available wood pellets.

The fire tube is delivered with the following components depending on the model:

The Gardenflare fire tube is operated with commercially available wood pellets. These gradually fall from the pellet hopper into the combustion chamber and are ignited there. The fire tube produces an impressive flame up to 1.5 meters high, depending on the model, creating a special atmosphere in your outdoor area.

Lighting the Gardenflare fire pipe is easy if you follow these 5 steps:

1. Preparation:

• Remove all old residues and ash from the combustion chamber.
• Clean deposits in the small burner tube with a spatula to avoid obstructing the airflow.
• Fill the pellet hopper only immediately before lighting with dry, commercially available wood pellets, as otherwise they could absorb moisture.

2. Filling with pellets:

• Put up to 1 kg of pellets into the pellet chute. This is enough for a burn time of about 75 minutes. If you want a shorter burn time, use correspondingly fewer pellets.

3. Lighting:

• Do not use liquid or gel-like firelighters, but only solid fire starters such as firelighter cubes or firelighter wool. Place a fire starter from above into the combustion chamber, then fill a handful of pellets onto the fire starter and then another fire starter.
• Light the fire starter with a long match or a stick lighter, as this method is the most reliable.

4. Placing the glass tube:

• Carefully place the glass tube. Be careful not to burn yourself on hot parts.

5. Development of the flame

• The flame needs a little time to develop. Let the flame burn steadily in the fire tube and make sure it is not directly in the wind. After about 20 minutes, depending on the model, the flame should be fully developed.

The Gardenflare fire tube is specifically designed for use with commercially available wood pellets. The pellets must have a diameter of 6 mm and a length between 3-40 mm (ENplus A1 standard). Other fuels such as wood chips, straw pellets, charcoal, liquid fuels, or similar materials must not be used, as they could damage the fire tube and compromise safety. Wood pellets ensure a clean and efficient combustion.

• Use the fire tube exclusively outdoors and never indoors.
• Do not move the fire tube while it is in operation.
• Never leave the fire tube unattended while it is burning.
  

The fire tube is designed exclusively for outdoor use. It is perfect for gardens, terraces, or other outdoor areas. Make sure that the fire tube stands on a level, non-flammable surface, and keep a distance of at least 3 meters from flammable materials. Never operate the fire tube indoors.

Additionally, a more intense heat is generated directly above the pipe, as the flames can partially extend beyond the glass. Overall, however, the fire tube stands more for stylish design than as a heat source and creates an atmospheric ambiance.

To maximize the lifespan of your fire pipe, you should clean it after each use. Wait until the fire tube has completely cooled down, and empty the ash from the drawer. Clean the glass tube and the outer surfaces with warm water and, if necessary, with a mild detergent. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or metal brushes, as these can damage the material.
